Terms of publication on our web site



All sent materials are considered and published on our site only at performance of the following conditions:
All materials are published on our web site on non commercial basis; the fact of sending of any material to us signifies author's agreement to publish given materials on our web site unless otherwise noted in the original electronic message.
All materials are presented in two languages – English and Russian.
Authors give the color photos (the size 190x250px in jpg).
Anonymous publications are not accepted.
Publications may cover both practical and theoretical (scientific) aspects of corresponding topic. Preference is given to theoretic materials.
The total amount of characters in article intended for publication may not exceed 50,000 characters (including spaces). It is recommended to minimize graphical content of an article.
Author of publication holds responsibility for obeying all applicable copyright laws regarding the materials intended for publication.
Materials sent are not reviewed; however EDS–Soft reserves the right to request a review by material's author (either electronic or printed version).
In order to submit an article for publication you should send it (with brief summary and list of the literature) to our e–mail address using one of the following file formats: RTF, HTML or TXT by means of E–mail. Graphical content is provided as separate file(s) using any common graphic file formats.

At decision making on our site authors should know about accommodation of materials, that:

EDS–Soft reserves the right to choose which materials to publish as well as makes no promises regarding date of publication.
EDS–Soft holds no responsibility for materials submitted for publication unless the materials are provided by EDS–Soft employees.
When publishing materials on our web site, the preference is given to theoretical, previously unpublished or exclusive materials.
Article text may include copyright notes, contact information as well as any other information the author believes to be worthy of inclusion in the publication.
The author may modify published materials by means of re–sending either the whole article or a changed part of it.
Published materials will be deleted from our web site immediately per author's request (including unmotivated removal requests).
If the article you are sending us has previously been published in printed or electronic media, please include the previous publication information (when and where).
